RETURN POLICIES

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact Peter Zenkl Photography with a photo of the damaged print to make a claim for replacement/ coupon code.

SHIPPING

We ship to almost every country: To calculate the shipping cost, please add the product(s) to your shopping cart and choose your exact location and shipping method on the next screen. If you don’t see your country listed, ask us to add it.

International Import Duties: The customer is responsible for any additional duties and taxes that may apply based on your country's import laws and regulations. Duty rates are set by individual countries, and it's beyond my control—please check with your local postal authority if you have questions, because every country is different. 


All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and/or tracking numbers. 
All orders are shipped within 2-10 business days unless otherwise noted. We will contact you in the case there is a shipping delay. 


All shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has left our facility. 
Once an order ships, tracking is the customer’s responsibility. Once the package leaves our facility, it is the carrier’s liability for time in transit and delivery.
